“FORE” Business Cardiff | Group Business Networking Event | 12th April 2016

Those who woke early this morning were treated to a huge covering of fog and the thought of being able to see the car in front on the motorway, let alone the fairway on a golf course seemed remote!! However, we are hardy folk us “FORE” Business members and those who braved the conditions were treated to a glorious day with the fog burning off before we tee’d off and one of the warmer days this year.

With 3 guests who joined on the day and a mixture of Flexi and Standard members, it was a good turn out, with Sean Fergusson and his daughter Megan paying the group a visit. We were fully updated with all the details on the new “FORE” groups opening up all over the country, the “FORE” competitions and apps developments.

The course was in very good condition and the competition closely fought, with guests on the day taking two of the top three spots as follows:

1st Michael Preece 32 points off 10
2nd Adrian Radford 30 points off 18 (on count back).
3rd Richard Dukes 30 points off 18

Congratulations to Michael our Red Shirt winner and belated congratulations to Stuart who won last month and was presented with his gold star.

As the winner, Michael was also presented with a unique three pronged pitch mark repairer by new member Duncan Campbell who’s business has designed them.

All in all a great meeting and looking forward to next month!
